Debi brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Branch Manager. She has been helping clients in achieving their real estate goals since 2001. She has always strived for the best ways to serve her clients and now the with agents in her office. She began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker and was a consistent Top Producer, always in the top 10% of agents internationally and in 2009 the top 100 of the San Francisco East Bay and continued that trend at her most recent company. In 2016 Debi stepped out of sales to in to Leadership roles of Productivity Coach and Team Leader. In these positions she was able to share her extensive real estate knowledge and help agents develop their careers. She grew up between Southern California, Maine and Austin, Texas. She relocated to Virginia in 2016 and to be close to her family. She has three grown children and 5 grandchildren.
Her motto in real estate has always been “The Recipe for Success”. She has a love of cooking and knows that quality ingredients and proper preparation in a recipe make for a better dish, just as a real estate career needs proper preparation, planning and execution to ensure a successful business. Care, commitment and creativity are the main ingredients to her recipe for helping agents build a successful real estate business.
